A Note From V
I Built This Because I Needed It.
I was five-foot-three, two hundred pounds, and I’d never done anything athletic in my life. I failed gym class. I didn’t know where to start.
So I started anyway. I found pole when it barely existed in the US. No tutorials, no teachers — so I bought two DVDs and learned the rest from strip club dancers who were actually doing it. I built a program around my own 39-year-old body because there was nothing else out there for a woman like me.
That program became PoleKittens. That woman became the proof.
